President, Mediator, Head Conflict Resolution Coach

Patricia Sellinger is President and Head Conflict Resolution Coach of Conflict Boss, LLC. Patricia provides dispute resolution services for organizations, universities, businesses and individuals and continues to ensure that her client’s dispute resolution needs are met through a variety of creative and innovative services such as online conflict coaching or online mediation.

Patricia has a Masters Degree in Dispute Resolution from Marquette University located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to that, Patricia gained dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Patricia is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution. 

After designing a one-on-one conflict coaching procedure for universities titled “Conflict Coaching as a Method of Resolving Student-Student Disputes in Residence Halls,” Patricia set out to offer her services as a consultant and coach to individuals, businesses and universities.

Patricia continues to progress her passion and commitment to offering affordable and accessible dispute resolution services to the public.
